FritzBox 6360 Cable- W-Lan Verbindung funkt. aber kein Internet

Hallo zusammen,


ich habe bezüglich des im Betreff genannten Problems zwar schon zig andere Beiträge durch, aber weiter gekommen bin ich nicht wirklich 😕 )


Hier meine Problembeschreibung:


Mit Router verbunden, W-Lan Signal sehr gut aber Internet geht nicht (LAN funktioniert)

Im Haus ist noch ein anderes Netzwerk (Telekom) über welches ich ohne Probleme ins Internet komme.

Fehlermeldung: keine Kommunikation mit primary DNS-Server

(PS: ein weiteres Problem > obwohl ich ein analoges Telefon an der Box eingerichtet habe und auch der Kontrollanruf erfolgreich war, ist die Leitung tot und die LED leuchtet auch nicht)


Zu meiner Hardware etc.

Anbieter ist Kabel Deutschland
Laptop HP mit VISTA - allerdings in englischer Version (was es für mich nicht unbedingt leichter macht )
Firewall ist aus
Netzmanager von Telekom ist auch installiert


Meine 4 bisherigen bescheidenen Lösungsversuche:

Router zurückgesetzt und auch vom Strom genommen (über 20 min.)
Bei IP-v4 im unteren Bereich die IP vom Router eingetragen
Vorübergehend Antivirus (hier Avast) deaktiviert.
Sicherheit von AES auf TKIP geändert > dann lässt sich die Verbindung zum Router überhaupt nicht mehr aufbauen.


Dazu habe ich die Verbindugseigenschaften bei meinem und dem Netzwerk des Nachbarn überprüft - ist soweit alles identisch.


Erschwerend kommt dazu, dass ich kein ipconfig / all durchführen kann, da bei dem Versuch das zu tun dieses schwarze Fenster nur kurz aufpoppt um daraufhin gleich wieder zu verschwinden.


Hat von euch jemand ne Idee? Wäre echt super!

Ja eine Idee bestimmt - man weiss es nicht.

Zum ersten denke ich, Lan aktiv aber Internet geht nicht. DNS nicht erreichbar. Im TCP/IP Protokoll den DNS einmal manuell eintragen.
19.168.0.2 (Dein PC)
255.255.255. 0 (Maske)
192.168.0.1 (Router)

192.168.0.1 (DNS vom Router)


Unter Ausfuehren "cmd" eingeben + "ping www.google.de" = Ergebnis?

Wiederum schreibst dass dein analoges Telefon nicht geht. Fuer mich klingt das nach einen falschen Anschluss. Analog ja aber wenn die Fritz kein Signal hat. Was fuer ein Anschluss hast du vertraglich abgeschlossen? Unter VDSL ist naemlich ein Splitter notwendig um das signal ueberhaupt in Digital umzuwandeln - da reicht selbst die F-Box nicht. Das ist ortabhaengig - einige Gebiete brauchen noch den Splitter - fuer ISDN das NTBA. Und die ganz doofe Frage - ist der Anschluss frei geschaltet?, wenn ja, sind die Anschlussdaten an die F-Box erfolgreich geladen?

Schreib bitte die Reihenfolge auf, wie du was angeschlossen hast ab der TV-DOSE abwaerts zum PC - jeder Stecker, Geraet und jedes Kabel(ausfuehrlich).

Das naechste Problem was du beschreibst, dass die ipconfig-Eingabe fehlerhaft ist.

Auf Englisch:

Devicemanager/(Show hidden devices)/Non-Plug and Play Drivers

Nach dem "TCP/IP Driver" suchen und schauen ob dort ein gelbes Ausrufezeichen ist. Wenn ja, loeschen + neustarten.

Dein IPv4 solltest du schon mit der Fritzbox angleichen. Ansonsten gehts natuerlich nicht. Entweder du aenderst die Router-IP oder du passt dich am Router an.

Der Gateway und DNS ist im moment 192.168.178.2. Vergib dein PC die 192.168.178.3 und Gateway/DNS die 192.168.178.2
