vielen Dank dass ihr kurz Zeit gefunden habt. (Kenn mich nicht gut mit Computern aus)

Mein Computer:

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU
Q8200 @ 2.33 GHz
1.40 GHz, 3.25 GB RAM

Meine Frage:
Für was stehen die 1.40 GHz??

Danke schonmal für eure Hilfe.
 
Für den momentanen Takt. Das kann der Stromsparmodus sein, evtl. hat sich die CPU aber auch so durch veränderte Einstellungen heruntergetaktet.
Was sagt denn CPU-Z?
 
wenn du ein Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8200 mit 2.33 GHz und der dir nur 1,4Ghz anzeigt dann musst du es wieder im Bios hoch schrauben

Könnt Ihr mir sagen, was euch hierbei auffällt?
Wie schraube ich das im Bios wieder hoch?
 
Das liegt ganz einfach nur an speedstep oder wie das bei intel heist dieses takten denn prozi runter um strom zu sparen und damit er nicht zu heis ist so das die lüfter langsamer und damit leiser sind!! das gehschieht aber nur wenn der prozi nicht stark belastet wird das heist wenn du spielst oder etwas anderes machst was viel CPU power brauchst dann taktet er wieder hoch!!

du kannst dieses aber im bios ein und ausschalten

Falls du nicht weisst wie man ins Bios kommt:
einfach beim hochfahren <entf.> drücken oder bei ganz alten BIOS-Versionen kann es auch <Strg> <Alt> <Esc> sein.

Nein, das liegt nicht an SpeedStep oder EIST, dort wird der Multi nämlich auf 6 und nicht auf 7 geregelt.
Anscheinend hat es da irgendwie was im BIOS verstellt, entweder du schaust selbst nach dem Multiplikator oder du lädst einfach die Optimized Defaults oder wie die sich schimpfen 😀
 
Ich glaube auch nicht, dass es was mit SpeedStep oder EIST zu tun hat, weil ich auf Dauerbetrieb gestellt habe, und dann dürfte er eigentlich nicht runtertaketn oder?

Könnt ihr mir genau beschreiben, wie ich im BIOS vorgehen muss und was ich umstellen soll?!

Aufjedenfall habe ich gerade sehr viele Programme gleichzeitig geöffnet (u.a. Fifa 10, Itunes..) und an den 1.40 Ghz hat sich trotzdem nichts verändert!

Bitte um Erklärungen!!

sicher das es wirklich nicht am speedStep liegt?!

Falls es daran liegt:
Geh ins Bios mit Entfernen (Entf) dann < Advanced> dann <CPU Configuration>

dann runter scrollen bis irgendwo SpeedStep Technologie (auf automatisch) stehen müsste.

Außerdem sollte CPU Multiplikator auf 7 bzw Automatisch stehen, der FSB auf 333 MHz.
Möglich wäre, dass der FSB auf 200 MHz steht, denn 7 x 200 ergibt bekanntlicherweise 1400 MHz, 1,4 GHz.
 
Tschuldigung das ich jetzt erst wieder poste.

Ich habe im BIOS nachgeguckt konnte aber mit meinen mangelnden Kenntnissen nicht viel ablesen. Aufjedenfall bin ich mir aber zimlich sicher, dass der_eismann mit dem 7 x 200 MHz recht hat. Doch wie soll ich das wieder umstellen auf 7 x 333 MHz??

Die 4. Zeile von unten, FSB Clock muss auf 1333 MHz gestellt werden.
Aber aufpassen, dass der Memory Clock bei 800 bleibt!

kannst du (ihr) mir auch sagen wie ich den FSB Clock umstelle und was ich da eingeben muss?

Also ich entschuldige mich nochmals dafür, dass ich so ein Pflegefall bin, aber es wäre toll wenn du mir das genaustens erklären könntest!

Mein Problem hat sich gelöst. Ich habe es wie beschrieben im BIOS geändert und nun arbeitet mein Computer wieder mit den AUTO Einstellungen.

Alle Einstellungen sind wieder optimiert und alles läuft wieder besser.

Mein einziges Problem ist nur immernoch, dass der PC sehr langsam hochfährt! Wenn das Windows XP Bootmenü lädt dann hängt es kurz und dauert ewig!

Habt Ihr Lösungen für mich? ( am Autostart liegt es nicht!)
