BIOS Utilities:
Once you enter the BIOS, you will find that the M.I.T. overclocking feature is placed as the first option, which is moving away from earlier layouts. This makes sense as the user may usually enter the CMOS setup only to tweak these settings.
MB Intelligent Tweaker (M.I.T.)
Being a motherboard targeted towards the enthusiast and gaming community, this motherboard is overclockable out of the box. To view the full options, you first need to press Ctrl+F1 as is generally the case with AWARD BIOS.
The M.I.T. has different options to extract a better performance from your Gigabyte motherboard by means of overclocking the CPU as well as the memory.
Robust Graphics Booster or R.G.B. option allows you to boost the graphics chip and memory performance using three settings: Auto (Default), Fast and Turbo.
CPU Clock Ratio lets you change the clock ratio of the installed CPU (if the CPU is unlocked).
Fine Tune CPU Clock Ratio (enabled only when CPU Clock Ratio is enabled) lets you alter the CPU Clock Ratio by 0.5 instead of the usual 1.
Not many overclocking options are present in this motherboard since it is primarily meant not for overclocking purposes, but to be used reliably over long durations such as 24/7 operation.
