With HP scan I can select and start everything as usual, then he scans and I can also see the scan in the preview. If he then shows "Done", the preview disappears and there is nothing in the field for number of scans and below is 0/0. In the beginning it worked after several repetitions and I had the scan. But now I've tried it 10 times, each time without success. I also removed the device and added it again. But nothing happens. The printer runs over WiFi, printing still works without problems (well, I have the feeling that he now prints a little more slowly and also occasionally takes breaks. The print result is always good. Do you have an idea? Best wishes
