AMD Improvements:
Linux 6.11 comes with AMD Core Performance Boost control that supports the AMD P-State driver: with this feature - the system allows to opt in/out of turbo and boost frequency ranges:
Intel Improvements
Intel changes for the kernel for ‘Lunar Lake’ devices, especially the perf subsystem support for the performance monitoring unit (PMU) on Lunar Lake chips.
