when starting the PC my buddy gets the following message:

BIOS Date: ...
Press <CTRL + P> to Enter MEBX setup menu
H97 Pro4 UEFI P1.40
Press F2 or DEL to run setup.
Press F11 for Boot Menu.
UEFI defaults have been loaded
Press F2 or DEL to Run Setup
Press F1 to Continue
The message came up. If he presses F1, the computer starts again and then completely normal. Nevertheless, the message appears every time you start.
