HELP! PC keeps crashing when running on dual channel RAM?

Help needed! I've read articles about this but I think it depends on the system. My PC is crashing games (Dota 2, COD) when running on dual channel RAM (8gb x 2), but when running on single channel (8gb x 1) , it doesn't crash. Any idea what to do? Here's my system:

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H
Processor: AMD Athlon 3000g
RAM: 8GB 2666Mhz DDR4 x 2
PSU: Corsair CV550

They are all brand new.

did you already considered that maybe your second memory module is defect?
How does your computer crash? Do you receive a BSOD, just a black screen or freezing monitor with awful sounds because of crashing audio driver?
